Our trip was great and we were very happy overall with all of our accommodations and in hotels, our cruise ship and all but one of our flights.
We paid $8000 + for R/T business class seats. Pictured below is my wife sitting in her assigned seat for our British Airways flight from London to Athens- a 3.5 hour flight. It was far from a business class accommodation.

The best way to travel on Cunard is in a suite. Princess and Queen suites each have own dining room with great service, food, decor, and windows to see scenery. They share a Lounge that has comfortable indoor seating all day, with a bar, plus an outdoor deck with lawn chairs and a perfect deck to take photos of Alaska scenery. The Concierge has a desk in the Lounge - very accessible. Though it was rainy, we had the most amazing sunny 2 days cruising in fjords and inlets to glaciers - only the small ships, & best behaved ships are allowed in those inlets. Recently, Lana helped us plan a wonderful 8 day trip through Sicily for our family of 5. She made the process extremely easy and made sure to include all the things we were looking for. From the first day of the trip, everything was super easy and everything was arranged as planned. Trip highlights were an excursion to the Valley of the Gods, complete with private lunch, and a trip to Mt. Etna with a winery stop as well. Thanks to Anoop, our trip was perfect! The transfers, tours, and hotels were outstanding. We were impressed with the professional and courteous drivers and guides. For anyone who is looking to book a vacation, I highly recommend using Samina Saleem as she not only plans the perfect vacation get away, but is there for you should you run into any issues with your trip. She planned our most recent trip where I gave her a set budget, and she found the most amazing all inclusive place in Cancun. Both my boys (23 and 20) told us multiple times that this was the best vacation they had ever been on and we have Samina to thank for this trip. I had also booked several excursions, and all the details were taken care of by Samina. When we arrived at the hotel, we stopped by the excursion company desk where the gentleman rudely told us that they did not have anything booked under our name. A quick message to Samina while sitting by the lovely pool, and the gentleman was hunting us down to apologize for their "mistake". Not only did she book us the best trip ever, direct flight, door to door service from the airport, and our daily excursions, she also quickly and efficiently took care of what could of been a blip in our vacation.
